Help Line (Sparsh)

 Sparsh – 24x7 helpline was introduced in the 1990’s to counsel and handle a large number of queries on reproductive health. The response was tremendous. This also provided us with strong referral network and helped us to connect with a larger community.- Another pioneering effort
 
Orissa State Reproductive Health project.

 Parivar Seva and women have been inseparable. A state wide comprehensive reproductive health project was successfully launched in Orissa called ORHP during the year 1997 –2003. This project had all the multi pronged strategies like community based distribution, social marketing of products, reproductive health education, training, promotional campaign and innovative “ Purush” clinics for men. DFID, UK and the Orissa Government supported this project. We have sustained the projects components till date.

 Rajasthan – In 2001 Parivar Seva substantially expanded its presence here. Today, it sustains a state wide contraceptive social marketing programme, comprehensive reproductive health clinics in 10 districts with focus on prevention of unwanted births, education and training on sexual and reproductive health in 3 districts and of course the innovative Adhar project.
