| Ms. Sudha Tewari: With an educational background in Psychology, followed by MBA from FMS, New Delhi, she has been leading Parivar Seva in all its work, including research undertaken by the Sanstha – directly or through established market research agencies. With an excellent overall understanding at national and state levels of the needs of the population, health policies, systems infrastructure (both in the public and private sector), human resource issues as well as financial implications, she has the experience and the capacity to lead different types of research as well as document the studies for wider dissemination, using a range of advocacy strategies. Combining research with programmes implementation at different stages is her strength. Ms Tewari is also well versed with monitoring and evaluation of programmes. Ms. Tewari headed the NGO committee of ICMR, which was established to determine the research to be taken up under RCH-I. |  |

Medical Consultants: Dr. Alok Banerjee: An eminent medical professional with 35 years of experience, working in the organization as senior medical consultant since the last 10 years. He has 30 years experiences in various fields of reproductive health specially on contraception, RTI/STI including HIV AIDS, infertility etc. conducting various research both clinical and evaluative studies starting from conceptualization, project planning, framing of the proposal and execution. He has conducted several program Evaluation for Govt. of India, clinical research on various contraceptive methods for female & male, operational research for feasibility of their introduction in the programme/ regular service delivery; assessment of various facilities & services for their strengthening, training and capacity building for various level of health functionaries. Dr. Kamla Ram: Gynecologist with work experience of 25 years, working in this organization for last 20 years. She is known for dedication in the women’s health care particularity on RTI/STI prevention screening/management including HIV AIDS, contraception and safe abortion. She is also activity involved in supervision and monitoring of all the clinics across the country from the head quarter office and involved in research and training for the staff of the clinic. Dr. Kiran Agnihotri: Gynecologist with work experiences of 28 years, working in this organization for last 18 years. She is known for dedication in providing clinical services particularity on reproductive health with emphasis on RTI/STI prevention / screening/ management including HIV AIDS, contraception and safe abortion. |
